Carol oversees all of X-energy’s activities towards establishing the Xe-100 as the preeminent High Temperature Gas Reactor technology (HTGR) in the United Kingdom.

Carol previously served as the Operational Readiness Control Center Director for the highly successful Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation’s start-up of the Barakah Nuclear Plants in the UAE. She was also the Nawah Energy Company, Director of Strategic Programs. Prior to this she served as a Senior Director for PwC in the UK and UAE as well as worked with Accenture delivering some of the largest UK public sector change programs.

Carol brings a tremendous depth of experience in strategically developing and managing new nuclear projects to X-energy. Her highly successful experience at bringing real-change programs by working collaboratively with the UK government on public-private partnerships will accelerate X-energy’s ability to deploy the Xe-100 in the UK.

Carol is a graduate of Aston University (UK). She studied at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes (France) and recently submitted her dissertation at the University of Oxford (UK) to complete an MSc. Major Programme Management.
