Michael Gigliotti has more than 25 years of experience leading strategic planning, financial, accounting and administrative operations, as well as designing and implementing internal control systems. 

Before joining X-energy in 2019, Michael served as Vice President for Finance and Treasurer at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) where he directed overall financial management, including treasury, accounting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and the implementation of its business practices with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community. Prior to SGT in 1998, Michael worked as a financial analyst focused on pricing at Lockheed Martin Federal Systems. 

Michael has an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park, and a BS in Business Administration from Towson State University.
