Mike Wallace retired in 2011 as Vice Chairman and COO of Constellation Energy and Chairman of Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, which includes nuclear generation capacity of 3,869 megawatts from five nuclear reactor units at three sites in two states. In the course of his 42-year career, he has had senior executive responsibility for 27 different nuclear reactors, in the United States, Canada, and the U.S. Navy.  He serves as a member of the Electricity Sub-Sector Coordinating Council (ESCC) and its Steering Committee. Since 2008, he has been a member of the committee that advises the President of the United States on matters related to homeland security.  Since June 2011, Mr. Wallace has served as a Senior Advisor for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), leading the US Nuclear Energy Project, and co-Chairman of the Commission on Nuclear Energy Policy in the US. Further, he supports nuclear energy-related activities with the US Department of Energy.

Mr. Wallace has a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago (USA), with a specialization in finance.
