Wallis Fournier is X-energy’s Chief Human Capital Officer. In this role, Wallis is responsible for all aspects of human resources, recruiting, and security. Wallis brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, recruiting and program management to the team. She has worked in many different environments, from large government contractors to start up technology companies, and has been responsible for designing and implementing Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, benefit plans and management tools.

Prior to joining X-energy, Wallis served as the Director of Recruiting at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) where she was responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition.

Wallis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston University.
